November is National Novel Writing Month

November is National Novel Writing Month. People worldwide will take part in the unique event known as NaNoWriMo. Participants are challenged to start a new/original work and write for 30 days—between 12:00 a.m. November 1 and 11:59 p.m. November 30. The goal is to complete 50,000 words. Whether you choose to plan as you go or to fly by the seat of your pants, this writing marathon is the perfect time to jump-start that novel you always wanted to write.

Are you participating in NaNoWriMo 2019? Ohio Center for the Book at Cleveland Public Library would like to help you prepare for this writing adventure!  Join us in the Literature Department (Main Library, 2nd floor) Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 4:30 for NaNoWriMo Prep. Find helpful writing resources and receive (while supply lasts) fun tools that will inspire and motivate you.

Be Sure to join us at Cleveland Public Library for other National Novel Writing Month Events:

“Come Write In!” Cleveland Public Library is also providing dedicated writing space and time for participants to write and find resources to help them with their projects. No registration is required.
