Appletree Books. Appletree Books has been an independent book store located in the Cedar/Fairmount shopping plaza, in Cleveland Heights since 1975.

Barking Dog Books and Arts LLC. Barking Dog Books and Art has been in business since 2002. Our online store carries only a fraction of our inventory of over 10,000 books. Catalogs include mystery, science fiction, military and world history, art, poetry, children’s classics, science, math, and local/regional history. They also specialize in unusual, uncommon, and out-of-print books as well as fine art prints.

The Book Farm, Inc. Providing the best in children’s literature to schools and public libraries across the country from their Blanchester, Ohio warehouse, The Book Farm, Inc., is a children’s library book wholesaler that has been in operations since 2000, and carries thousands of titles from hundreds of publishers. They recently opened to the public, their children’s book outlet store; also located in Blanchester, the outlet store is full of great deals on children’s books, puppets, puzzles and more.  They also offer free summer story time events.

Book Loft of German Village. The Book Loft of German Village is a city-block long store, located at 631 South Third Street, less than one mile south of Ohio’s Capitol in the center of Columbus. The Book Loft stocks over 100,000 titles and is a must see for anyone traveling to the Columbus area.

Joseph Beth Booksellers. It’s a great honor to serve as “commons” where people gather to explore and share their interests. Over the last 25 years Joseph-Beth Booksellers has played a significant cultural role as a major bookseller, hosting more bestselling authors, celebrities, public figures and politicians than any other local organization. They believe that reading and learning enlarges a person’s heart, broadens their perspective and sharpens their ability to think.

Learned Owl Bookstore. The Learnéd Owl is an independent community bookstore located in Hudson, Ohio, about halfway between Cleveland and Akron. The store features three floors of books for all ages and interests, from classic picture books to travel guides to the latest New York Times bestsellers.

Loganberry Books. Loganberry Books, located on Larchmere Boulevard on the east side of Cleveland, was established in November 1994 by Harriett Logan. It is an independently owned and operated bookstore featuring carefully selected new, used and rare books. The browsable store contains well over 70,000 volumes for both readers and collectors.

Mac’s Backs Books. Mac’s Backs-Books on Coventry has three floors of new and used books & magazines. Located on Coventry Rd. in Cleveland Heights, a walking neighborhood near Cleveland’s museums and Case Western Reserve University. Mac’s hosts readings, booksignings, author events, book clubs and writing workshops. They also provide a free community meeting space for groups and organizations.

Zubal Books. Established in 1961 by John T. Zubal, Zubal Books offers an outstanding selection of used and antiquarian titles. The Zubal Books warehouse maintains close to 5,000,000 volumes of scholarly and rare books in the fields of Literary Criticism & Biography, History, Philosophy, Science, Anthropology & Archaeology, Religion, Historiography, Linguistics, Occult and Fiction. The company has offered Internet based ordering since 1995.
